Healing Relationships
Clinical Psychologist specializing in relationships, attachment patterns, and relational trauma. I work with adults navigating painful, confusing, or unstable relationship dynamics—including attachment insecurity, boundary difficulties, and the lasting impact of emotionally complex or addiction-affected relationships.

You may be feeling...
Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in painful relationship patterns they can't make sense of. They may have spent years trying to hold it all together, appearing okay on the outside, and quietly struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or conflict in their important relationships.

Therapy can help you better understand these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness and boundaries, improve communication and connection, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
About
Angela Chafee
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 13 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate emotional, relational, and family challenges. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and with the people most important to them. My work focuses on relationships, attachment patterns, communication difficulties, and the emotional dynamics that can leave people feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
I provide individual and couples therapy, as well as consultation for parenting challenges and relationship concerns. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship conflict, family discord, and the lasting impact of emotionally complex or addiction-affected relationships.
My approach:
I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, insight, emotional safety, and practical change. My work is relational and insight-oriented, with attention to attachment patterns, emotional regulation, communication, and the ways past and present relationships shape our experiences of ourselves and others. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is thoughtful, genuine, and grounded in both clinical expertise and authentic human connection.

01.
Individual therapy provides support for anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and recurring relationship patterns that may be affecting your well-being and sense of connection. Together, we work to better understand emotional and attachment patterns, strengthen boundaries, and foster healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
02.
Couples therapy helps partners navigate communication difficulties, conflict, emotional disconnection, and relationship stress. Through a collaborative and supportive process, couples can develop greater understanding, strengthen emotional connection, and work toward healthier patterns within the relationship.
03.
Significant relationship stress, family conflict, separation, caregiving demands, or addiction-affected family dynamics can leave people feeling emotionally overwhelmed and uncertain. Therapy provides a space to process these experiences, strengthen coping and boundaries, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
